Today,Wushu

Morning, to Bedok CC for training......basketball court was taken up...that means no basketball for the day, how sad....and training will not be held in basketball court or the hall. The hall was taken up for blood donation stuffs. Sad, so....it was held in the Cultural Room which is rather rather small....

After training, lunch with Shi Xiong, Johann, Tai Fong, Wei De, Jinnee and hui Zhen...OH! and Wee Seng.....

So....after lunch to Tai Fong's house and got a gathering, 推手was introduced to us by Shi Xiong. Extremely interesting. So called intengeble skills to block off and absorb the force against. Whao....impressive!

And when I reached home, around 10 over friends of my elder sister just really crushed the silence in the house.....my guitar practice plan.....BOOM! There goes.....
